Your Mission Hawk is looking for a dynamic ABM Manager to build and run our global account-based marketing program, covering both strategic 1:1 account activity and broader account group targeting. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring a combination of creativity and analytical nous. You'll spend time every day thinking about our target accounts and how Hawk can best engage with those companies to build brand awareness and generate demand. You'll be creating messaging for ABM outreach, writing ads for LinkedIn, and composing email copy as well as managing the mechanics of putting those campaigns into production, measuring the results, and optimizing for success. Account strategy & targeting Define and maintain a tiered account model (e.g. 1:1 strategic, 1:few clusters, 1:many segments) in partnership with Sales leadership Select and prioritize target accounts within each tier using firmographic, intent and engagement data Monitor intent and engagement signals to flag in-market accounts and adjust targeting as accounts move through the funnel Continuously refine the account list and tiering based on performance and sales feedback Campaign orchestration: ads & content Plan and run account-targeted advertising across LinkedIn, display and programmatic/intent platforms, matched to each tie
