Come help us make Light the global default for next-gen finance. About the Role You'll sit at the heart of our Customer function and work with our most important customers. You’ll make sure they understand the value Light brings them and drive renewals and upsell. Your customers are Financial Controllers, Finance Directors and CFOs at fast-growing multinational SaaS and tech companies. Senior, technical, time-poor. They expect you to keep up, to tell them straight when something won't work, and to make their team the hero. We’re a young company, and we’re just starting to renew contracts. In parallel, we’re deploying Agentic Customer Engineers who help our customers make the most of Light. While they re-design customer workflows and deploy agents, you’ll own the stakeholders, the adoption, and the commercial in this motion. There's no set playbook yet. You'll write it, and we'll help.
