Housing Plus Group is seeking to appoint an Accountant – Investment & Growth (Customer Experience) as part of a wider campaign to recruit six key roles into its Finance function. This is a critical appointment supporting the financial management of asset management and planned programme delivery across Housing Plus Group. The role will help ensure the organisation has the financial insight, controls and business partnering capability required to support customers, colleagues and communities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with strong financial reporting, modelling, forecasting and business partnering skills who is looking to develop specialist expertise within asset management, investment planning and long-term financial sustainability. The successful candidate will work closely with investment and asset management teams, helping budget holders understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, support business cases and contribute to transformation projects.
