Audit & Accounts Semi Senior London 35,000 - 40,000 + study support + benefits Are you an ACA part-qualified professional looking to broaden your experience in a supportive, growth-focused environment? This Audit & Accounts Semi Senior role offers a clear focus on accounts work, balanced with audit experience. With a split of approximately 70% accounts preparation and 30% audit, you'll be able to develop a strong technical foundation while progressing towards full ACA qualification. What you'll be doing Preparing statutory accounts for SMEs with growing independence (around 70% of your time) Drafting disclosures and supporting schedules for financial statements Identifying and resolving routine accounting issues Leading assigned audit sections, including substantive testing and documentation (around 30% of your time) Producing high-quality working papers with clear reasoning Supporting and mentoring junior team members Communicating directly with clients to gather information and answer queries What we're looking for Part-qualified ACA with ongoing studies Some practice experience, ideally across both accounts and audit Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients effectively Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach Desire to take ownership and develop within the accountancy profession What's on offer Competitive salary of 35,000 - 40,000 depending on experience Full ACA study support and structured development programme Exposure to a varied client base, including SMEs Collaborative, supportive team environment Clear progression opportunities within the firm Office-based role in London with a stable and experienced team This is a great chance to take the next step as an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior , building a strong technical foundation while pro
