Air Tightness Technician (Remote) Penguin Recruitment is hiring on behalf of an established industry leader specializing in air tightness, sound insulation, and airflow ventilation testing since early 2000s. With over 40 years of combined expertise, we are seeking an Air Tightness Technician to deliver high-quality testing services, improve energy efficiency, and help ensure compliance with building regulations. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about innovation, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Conduct air tightness testing on a range of building types and sizes. Work collaboratively with on-site teams to ensure smooth and efficient testing processes while minimizing disruptions. Prepare accurate and thorough test reports, and ensure equipment is maintained to a professional standard. Stay informed about developments in the industry to contribute to service improvements and cutting-edge practices. Qualifications Hold a Level 1 Air Tightness Technician certification (or possess equivalent hands-on experience). Demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Showcase an independent, problem-solving mindset with a flexible approach to work. Possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation for travel across London and the Home Counties. Benefits Earn a competitive salary in the range of 28,000- 32,000.
