Benefits for the role of Architectural Technician include: Highly competitive salary Contributory pension scheme Professional development Personal development Generous holiday allowance Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include: Deliver industrial projects from inception through to completion Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build strong working relationships and ensure successful project delivery Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician: Relevant degree within Architectural Technology Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice Proficiency with Revit Experience working on industrial projects is desirable Working knowledge of UK building regulations CIAT membership or working towards chartership Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area If This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to architecture please feel free to contact Ben Moore on or email .
