Your New Role... As Assistant Lead Plumber, you’ll be part of the driving force keeping WBSL running smoothly; maintaining, modifying, and installing the plumbing systems that keep this iconic site operating at its best. You’ll work closely with the Lead Plumber, Maintenance Manager and Facilities Administrators, gaining full oversight of every job from start to finish. Your influence will help ensure that our premises stay safe and are maintained to the highest standard. You’ll help organise workflows, coach team members, resolve issues on the ground and keep productivity sharp.
