About the role Legal work is being reshaped by AI faster than most firms can measure. Our AI Transformation & Applied Behavioural Research function exists to close that gap: we study how lawyers and legal teams actually adopt, trust, and build skill with AI, and we turn that evidence into changes across our product, customer enablement, and go-to-market motion. As an Applied Behavioural Researcher on the team, you will bring rigor to how we measure adoption and capability growth, not just usage. You'll design the studies, build the instruments, and work the data yourself, then translate what you find into recommendations that product, customer success, and leade
