This role is pivotal in managing reinsurance business from the region, placing it into international markets, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and combine strong technical expertise in property reinsurance with commercial acumen, cultural understanding of the Latin American and Caribbean markets, and leadership capability to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients, colleagues, and the wider business.
