Job overview The Associate Macmillan Palliative Care Nurse will work as a member of the wider locality based multidisciplinary Macmillan Palliative Care Supportive Service. The post holder will support Neighbourhood teams to deliver locally driven high quality care including symptom management and psychological support, in response to patients' and carers’ needs.
