An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Audit Senior to join a leading and highly respected firm of Chartered Accountants based in Bury St Edmunds, offering flexible working, a strong company pension, and much more. You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, taking ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion, while mentoring junior colleagues and liaising directly with clients on technical matters. What is the day-to-day of the role: Plan, execute, and finalise audit assignments across a varied client portfolio Supervise and mentor junior members of the audit team Liaise directly with clients on technical audit and accounting matters Identify areas for process improvement and add value to client relationships Support managers and partners with ad hoc technical and advisory projects Required Skills and Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist) Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS Excellent communication and client relationship skills Proven ability to manage multiple audit assignments to deadline Benefits: Flexible working arrangements Strong company pension Clear routes to progression Genuine variety and supportive team culture You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we'd love to h
