Join us! THE ROLE Our brokers play a crucial role in making this a reality. We’re an AI-first business, so whatever the role, we want people who reach for AI by default, stay curious about what it can do, and use it to work faster and think bigger. You’ll use AI day to day, from researching brokers to preparing for meetings, so more of your time goes on the conversations that win business. We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate Broker Development Manager to accelerate our distribution through brokers. In this role, you’ll maximise existing broker relationships and build strong, strategic, growth partnerships as part of our fast-paced distribution team right at the heart of Flock’s mission.
