Operating under ISO-aligned quality and security standards, Park IP advances a disciplined and transparent approach to managing intellectual property worldwide.   parkip.com   ROLE OVERVIEW   The Business Development Director is a key member of the global Park IP Commercial team, responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, strategic account expansion, and long-term client partnerships. This role focuses on identifying opportunities within the Intellectual Property (IP), Legal Services, and related technology sectors while positioning Park IP's solutions as a trusted partner for corporate legal departments and law firms.    The successful candidate will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and closing—while working closely with Operations, Solutions, Project Management, and Executive Leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization.    Travel will be required to support client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
