Job overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Practitioner based at Prestwich Hospital, within Junction 17. The Day Service is a nurse/practitioner led therapeutic service that aims to support young people aged 12 – 18th birthday, to try to better manage their thoughts and feelings, through the joint exploration of their strengths and needs.
