Your new company Your new firm is a well-established Manchester commercial practice with an excellent reputation across the North West. Your new role Joining the Commercial Litigation team, you will work on a broad range of disputes, including contractual disagreements, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and other complex commercial matters. Working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will gain significant client exposure and take on increasing responsibility as your experience develops. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution, looking to take the next step in your career. You will possess strong technical abilities, excellent attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for working on high-quality commercial disputes. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, client-focused and keen to develop within a collaborative and highly regarded disputes practice.
