Communications Manager Location: London Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 (5% bonus) Benefits: 27 annual leave, 8% non-contributary pension, health cash plan and well-being contributions Contract: Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Communications Manager to join a specialist team delivering a major works programme for a housing association based in Central London. You will play a key role in developing and delivering communication strategies that support residents, stakeholders, project teams, and external partners. This is a unique opportunity to work on projects that directly improve residents' safety and wellbeing whilst helping to build trust and transparency throughout complex remediation programmes. You will be responsible for creating engaging communications, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting media activity, and translating complex technical information into clear and accessible content for a variety of audiences. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, as well as external bodies including MHCLG and Homes England, you will help ensure communications are effective, timely, and resident-focused. Communications Manager - Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver communication strategies supporting the Major Works programmes Produce clear, engaging, resident-focused communications for project delivery Provide communications advice and guidance to internal stakeholders Support media and public relations activities Create content for internal and external communications channels Identify and promote positive stories that showcase project successes Support website development by maintaining and updating programme information Design and manage stakeholder surveys and feedback initiatives Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, partners, contractors, and external stakeholders Support the planning and delivery of resident engagement events and stakeholder meetings Identify speaking opportunities an
