Customer Service Executive (High Net Worth Clients) Location: Mayfair Salary: 40k The Opportunity We are seeking a polished, highly professional Customer Service Executive to manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, delivering an exceptional end-to-end service experience. This is a client-facing role where attention to detail, relationship management and the ability to anticipate client needs are paramount. The successful candidate will take ownership of the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring a seamless, concierge-style experience throughout every stage of the process. Whilst client service excellence is at the heart of the role, this position also requires a proactive, hands-on approach. We are looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves, support wider business operations and get involved wherever needed to ensure outstanding service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage client cases from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a flawless customer experience throughout. Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals, acting as a trusted point of contact. Deliver a personalised, professional and discreet service tailored to each client's requirements. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines and service standards are met. Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the client experience. Keep clients informed with clear, timely and professional communication at every stage of the process. Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed to a high standard. Handle complex or sensitive situations with confidence, professionalism and diplomacy. Support broader operational activities and assist colleagues where required to ensure business objectives are achieved.
