Director, Commercial Enablement We're looking for a Director, Commercial Enablement to build and lead our Commercial Enablement function across 37 EMEA markets. Sitting at the heart of our EMEA Merchant organisation, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary pod spanning Commercial Learning & Development, Analytics and Commercial Incentives, equipping our Merchant Sales, Account Management, and Support teams with the insights, capabilities, tools, and incentives they need to execute consistently and deliver exceptional merchant outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role for a pragmatic senior operator who thrives on turning commercial strategy into scalable systems — someone who can build high-performing teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive measurable improvements in frontline productivity, training effectiveness, and incentive performance. What You’ll Be Doing Learning & Development: You'll oversee the design and delivery of learning programs that build the skills, knowledge, and confidence Sales, Account Management, and Support teams need to execute consistently across markets — from new hire onboarding and role-based learning paths to manager enablement and targeted capability-building tied to commercial priorities. You'll partner closely with commercial leaders and central People, HR, and L&D teams to ensure programs are practical, measurable, and integrated into the broader company learning agenda. Commercial Incentives: You'll own the design, rollout, and operation of incentive programs that align frontline behaviour with selection, growth, quality, profitability, and merchant outcome goals — ensuring plans are commercially sound, easy to understand, and operationally scalable. You'll also drive continuous improvement in incentive governance, documentation, controls, dispute resolution, and performance measurement, with accurate tracking and on-time payouts throughout.
