What You'll Do This role will report into the Strategic Accounts Engagement Director to ensure that a number of our major law firm clients are receiving consistently high client service, and that they are constantly finding value in Legora. The remit is depth over breadth: a handful of accounts understood thoroughly, where success is measured by whether the partnership is compounding rather than plateauing. This role will also be supported by a dedicated Strategic Account Engagement Associate. In practice, the work sits closer to embedded change management than to traditional account management.
