Our Client Mackie Myers have partnered with a large and growing multi-academy trust to recruit a Finance Business Partner into a newly established Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high profile transformation programme and play a key role in shaping how finance supports a diverse portfolio of schools. The Role Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Finance Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of schools and head office departments, providing commercial insight, financial challenge, and decision support.  This role sits within a newly formed FP&A team and will be instrumental in embedding a true business partnering culture across the organisation. Working closely with school leaders, business managers, and senior stakeholders, you will support budgeting, forecasting, financial sustainability planning, and management reporting while helping drive a programme of continuous improvement across finance.  The successful candidate will be confident building relationships, challenging constructively, and turning financial data into meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
