MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three years experience that demonstrates knowledge of the fundamental principles, methodology, and techniques involved in the operational management of assigned food and bar programs. Knowledge and skill to perform regular or periodic reviews/inspections of food and/or bar practices.
