We handle all the infrastructure: from legals and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits. We’re already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $500m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors. Responsibilities We’re hiring a Founding Growth Lead to design and scale Odin’s Growth engine. Odin already has strong organic inbound and brand pull. Most of our new business is driven by word of mouth, plus Google or AI search. However, there is no systematic engine driving it. We're hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to change that. The primary responsibility is to create a repeatable, scalable system that brings the right people into our inbound pipeline. This means building the growth loops that turn prospects and existing customers into new revenue, using modern GTM tooling, marketing automation and whatever else it takes to generate high-quality MQLs for the sales team. It also means experimenting with product-led growth and growth hacking: ideating, testing and improving loops that compound over time, and working with external agency partners and the wider team on viral campaigns, AI, SEO, or whatever else helps us capture and convert ICP prospects into MQLs.
