Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale. 🔑 The opportunity Omaze is building a new consumer proposition for the UK market to take our prize draws and charitable impact to a whole new level. We're looking for a General Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the proposition — from launch through to scale. This is a true business-owner role. You'll own the P&L, strategy and performance of the proposition, bringing together Product, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations, Analytics and other teams around a single set of outcomes. Your job is to create clarity about what needs to happen, make the right commercial, customer and partner decisions, and ensure the organisation delivers against them with pace and a high bar for quality. Initially, you'll take an emerging business model and turn it into something customers love and Omaze can operate successfully at scale. You'll work through the commercial, operational and customer complexities of launching something new, establish its economics and operating model, and build a roadmap for growth. As the proposition develops, you'll be accountable for making it better every cycle: improving the customer experience, strengthening the economics, resolving operational friction, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring we learn quickly.
