Your responsibilities will include: Researching and mapping markets to identify high-calibre senior professionals Conducting targeted headhunting campaigns Approaching and engaging passive candidates Building relationships with senior executives and industry leaders Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements Managing searches from initial briefing through to successful placement Interviewing and assessing senior-level candid
