About A1 There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks that are not AI-native. Our mission is to build a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal prompting. Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior. Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time. About the Role You will own the systems, processes and frameworks that drive performance across the company. You will lead company-wide OKR planning and review cycles, design scalable performance management processes, analyze organizational data, and ensure our culture and values are consistently reflected in how we hire, evaluate and develop people. You will work closely with leadership across the business to improve execution, increase accountability and help teams perform at their highest level. What You Will Be Doing Own and continuously improve the company's performance management framework. Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking and quarterly review cycles. Design and implement scalable people processes that improve organizational effectiveness. Analyze people, performance and operational data to identify trends, measure outcomes and recommend improvements. Build dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights into organizational performance. Define business requirements for HR systems, reporting tools and workflow automation. Partner with leaders across the company to improve team performance and execution. Develop frameworks for performance reviews, calibration, promotions and career development.
