HEADLINE: Job Title: Head of Product Reporting to: Chief Product & Technology Officer London - Hybrid-Working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home ABOUT THE ROLE: Are you passionate about using data, technology, and payments expertise to drive tangible customer value? We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Product to lead the evolution of our optimisation and orchestration products, scaling them to the next level. You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Data Science, and Commercial teams, translating analytical insights into measurable business outcomes for our customers and for APEXX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting complex technical capabilities with commercial value, inspiring cross-functional alignment, and ensuring optimisation becomes a core growth driver for the company. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Product Strategy & Commercial Ownership Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap for APEXX’s Optimisation and Orchestration suite, ensuring clear differentiation and customer value. Establish the commercial framework for optimisation, working with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to design value-based pricing models . Lead the evolution of optimisation from a capability into a scalable product line, influencing its positioning, packaging, and monetisation. Provide thought leadership across the organisation on the role of AI and data-driven optimisation in payments. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery Partner with Engineering and Data Science to develop AI/ML-powered optimisation features that improve authorisation, reduce cost, and drive measurable performance gains. Work closely with Sales , Relationship Management , and Marketing teams to articulate product value and support commercial success across the portfolio. Dr
