About The Role Synthesia is the #1 Enterprise AI video generation since 2016, and today we work with 90% of the Fortune 100. Our core product, Studio, lets anyone turn a script into a polished video with an AI avatar, no camera or crew required. Now we're entering a new chapter. We're making those avatars interactive. Instead of watching a video, people can have a real conversation with one: ask it questions, practice a sales pitch, run through a training scenario, get answers back in real time. That shift needs a story, and you own it. As Head of Product Marketing, you lead the function that decides how the whole product line is positioned, messaged, and launched. Video, interactive avatars, the API, and whatever comes next. You'll set the platform narrative and keep it sharp as the product evolves. You'll run launches across the portfolio, own competitive strategy and buyer research, and set the messaging that sales, web, and campaigns all run on. You'll lead a team of five PMMs, hire into it, and raise the bar for what good looks like. Requirements You build and deploy agents.
