That means we need to ensure we deliver a seamless lifetime customer experience across our products. This role owns the strategy behind that experience, and the outcomes it drives. You report to the VP Product, running the Multiproduct Experience Product team as part of the company's core Product and Design leadership. As our Head of Product for Multi-product Experience, you'll: Set the vision and strategy for how our customer experience needs to evolve to maximise the impact of our product line plans and the overarching product vision. Build the capabilities and journeys that are used by multiple product lines & internal teams to ensure we are delivering a seamless experience for our customers.
