SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Must be knowledgeable in the operation of a Housekeeping Activity. Must have experience in and thorough knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning materials, and equipment. Must have knowledge of proper care and maintenance of carpets and furniture. Ability to handle and control heavy powered equipment. Advanced knowledge of proper uses of a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions and ability to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces. Detailed knowledge of proper procedures to store chemicals and equipment and safely perform work
