Duties THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This position is located in the JFHQ-State Human Resources Office (HRO) in Phoenix, Arizona. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources Specialist in a developmental capacity.
