The Team Working closely with the Head of Total Rewards (London-based) and the Compensation & Benefits Expert (Paris-based), this role offers a unique combination of business-as-usual (BAU) operational and process management along with high-impact strategic project and analytical work. What You’ll Be Doing: Pay Equity Analytics Pay Equity Modeling: Own the quantitative data preparation, variance testing, and baseline modeling for internal pay equity audits and gender pay gap analysis.
