One year of specialized experience equivalent to the 12 grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Expert knowledge of public laws, regulations, and policies affecting Information Technology (IT) life-cycle management, strategic planning, investment management, and performance management. Expertise in all aspects of project and program management to develop time-phased action plans, create project controls, monitor project progression, and deliver status reports and briefings.
