Client Feedback when looking for resumes: We need a technical PM. If they don't have direct experience in IT, even without utility experience, that's better than a OT PM, with no IT experience. Most candidates were rejected because they were more OT with utility experience but had not worked on IT projects. They did not have enough IT Project Manager experience.
