Remove blockers, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned so work never loses momentum. Surface recurring issues, prioritise pain points, turn operational insights into product improvements. No two days are the same. You'll work across hiring, onboarding, project delivery, contributor support, payments, and product operations - solving a wide range of problems as we scale.
