Reporting directly to the Senior Director, International Product, this senior individual contributor role is responsible for executing feature roadmaps, localising core capabilities for target markets, and streamlining platform integration. As a key product lead, you will act as a primary bridge between cross-functional international teams, core US engineering, and operational stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital health features efficiently. Primary Responsibilities Feature Localisation & Delivery: Lead the day-to-day execution and localisation of international product capabilities across Workforce Mental Health and Lyra Wellbeing, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory and clinical requirements. Platform Integration & Automation: Partner with engineering teams to integrate regional feature requirements into core platform architecture, reducing operational overhead and manual workarounds. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Data, Operations, Clinical Governance, and Legal teams to ensure feature releases meet high standards of quality and operational readiness.
