We aim to make moving simpler, by giving everyone the best place to turn to and return to for access to the tools, expertise, trust, and belief to make it happen.</p> <p>We’re home to the UK’s largest choice of properties and are the go-to destination for millions of people planning their next move, reading the latest industry news, or just browsing what’s on the market. </p> <hr> <p> </p></div><p>We're looking for an experienced design leader to join our Experience Design (XD) team as a Lead Product Designer.</p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and line-manage a team of three Product Designers.</li> <li>Own the design vision for the Move & Home pillars, in alignment with product strategy.</li> <li>This isn't a delivery role, but you’ll be hands on where it adds value, exploring ideas with your team, and guiding execution.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the Lead Product Designers, the Senior Product Manager, and Engineering leadership to inform domain direction.</li> <li>Report to the Lead Product Design Manager for Consumer, and work as part of the XD leadership team.</li> <li>Hybrid, 2 days per week in our Soho, London office and 3 days from home.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading, coaching, and developing your team, setting clear goals and giving continuous feedback while supporting their growth and development.</li> <li>Holding a high bar for design craft and quality across your team's output, applying sound judgement and taste at scale.</li> <li>Setting the standard for design system contribution and adoption, driving consistency and reuse, staying aligned with other Lead Product
