You’ll write production code, make and shape technical decisions, and support a small group of engineers.<br>This isn’t a role where you step away from engineering to manage from the side lines. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day work: thinking through architecture, reviewing code, tackling difficult problems and helping the team find sensible ways forward when things get complicated.<br>You’ll line manage 3–4 engineers, with regular 1:1s and responsibility for supporting their development.
