Learning & Development Officer  Location: Hook, Hampshire Job Type: Part-time or Full-time hours  Salary: 35,000 pro rata for part-time hours  Join a prestigious Hotel set in the heart of beautiful parkland in Hampshire. We are seeking a Training Officer to play a crucial role in embedding their culture, service standards, and behaviour expectations across the property. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver hands-on, practical training sessions both on-the-job and through online and classroom settings. Work closely with the Human Resources Manager and department heads to ensure learning programmes are effectively translated into consistent performance on the floor. Support managers in building team capability, accountability, and engagement through targeted development activities. Adapt training methods and schedules to meet the operational learning needs of the hotel. Maintain a focus on delivering distinctive, engaged, and guest-centric service in line with the company's culture. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in training and coaching within a hospitality environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passionate, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines. Enthusiasm for developing others and enhancing service standards.
