We’re looking for a Marketing Lead for France to own and scale AnyVan’s marketing and growth in one of our most important expansion markets. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll define and execute the French go‑to‑market strategy, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Pricing and Operations. This is a high‑impact, high‑ownership role: you’ll combine sharp strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, bringing deep local market insight and broad channel expertise to acquire customers, improve conversion and accelerate revenue growth. It’s fast‑paced, opportunity‑rich, and ideal for someone who loves building from the ground up. What you'll do: Scale fast - Build on the playbooks from our successful Spain launch to rapidly grow France. You’ll own ambitious revenue and growth targets and move quickly to capture market opportunity. Lead the go‑to‑market - Define priority audiences, regions and use cases. Partner with Product, Pricing and Operations to ensure strong product‑market fit and a compelling, localised proposition. Champion the French customer - Be the voice of the French customer across the business. Ground decisions in clear customer insight and ensure every touchpoint, marketing and product, is culturally relevant and resonates locally. Build and scale channels & partnerships
