Marketing Operations Specialist Location: Morristown, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week The Opportunity Our client, a well-established business operating within the consumer healthcare and skincare sector, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys balancing creative marketing execution with operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role supporting marketing initiatives, managing promotional assets and inventory, and partnering closely with sales teams, external vendors, and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Creative Support Create, update, and maintain a variety of marketing collateral including brochures, sales aids, promotional materials, banners, product launch assets, and point-of-sale displays. Coordinate updates to existing materials following packaging refreshes, product claim changes, and broader marketing revisions. Manage the development and production of promotional items, training materials, and in-office display solutions. Liaise with external design agencies, printers, and suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials. Maintain organised libraries of approved brand assets, product imagery, and marketing resources. Marketing Operations & Project Coordination Coordinate the setup and distribution of marketing materials through internal systems and warehouse operations. Manage the creation, ordering, and shipment of new marketing collateral. Support the delivery of monthly promotional campaigns, ensuring materials are produced and deployed within agreed timelines. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future requirements for marketing materials and promotional stock.
