Your Mission 🫵 You will join as the third Product Designer for our lean, highly ambitious and equally talented team to help us build exponentially better user experiences. We are a fast-moving company and expect excellence. In this role, you will have direct impact on both design culture and product strategy to materialise product ideas and bring them to life in close collaboration with our engineering and product teams. You will set the standard for how the future of shopping looks and create memorable experiences for our users. What You'll Do 👷 As a Mid/Senior Product Designer on our Buyers team, you'll create exceptional shopping experiences for millions of users while collaborating across engineering, product, marketing, and data. Beyond buyer journeys, you'll get stuck into projects spanning seller experiences and growth initiatives. You'll contribute to design culture at Tilt; sharing your work openly, raising the craft bar across the team, and helping evolve our design systems.
