What You'll Do Facility Operations: Own the daily life of our Paris office. Keep the space running, well stocked and pleasant to work in, and act as the main point of contact with our building management, suppliers and service providers. End-to-End Coordination: Run supplier relationships end to end: benchmarking, RFPs, negotiation, contract signature and renewal. Track spend and challenge costs where it makes sense. Project Management: Lead cross-functional office projects from A to Z, such as subletting our vacant floors, office moves or rolling out new internal tools.
