The role We’re looking for a Paid Social Lead to own and evolve Numan’s paid social function. This is not a campaign management role — you will define how paid social drives growth, combining creative strategy, automation, and platform execution across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. You’ll build a creative-first growth engine, scaling high-quality acquisition in a competitive, regulated category. You'll be: Defining best-in-class approach across Meta, TikTok and beyond Setting direction on asset mix (video vs static), formats (Reels, Stories, Feed), and creative types (UGC vs hi-fi) etc. Developing clear POVs on what works, why, and what to test next Building and running a high-velocity creative system (hundreds of assets/month) Translating performance into actionable creative insights and hypotheses Partnering with creative teams to deliver platform-native, performance-led output Designing workflows to support 1,000+ concurrent ads Implementing modular frameworks (e.g. Hook × Body × CTA for video) Defining account structures for modern algorithmic bidding environments Leading testing across creative, bidding, and landing experiences Scaling efficiently while navigating platform constra
