Why This Role is Exciting As the People Business Partner for EMEA and APAC at Optro, you will lead our regional people strategy and shape the employee experience across these locations. This role is a perfect fit for a proactive and resourceful individual who is excited to help drive the company's global expansion by building new processes from the ground up while also serving as a key partner and coach to leaders and employees across every department. Please note: This is a hybrid position based in London and will require travel to the office two times per week. There will also be occasional business travel for meetings.
