Job Title: People Operations Reports to: People Manager Location: London onsite About Radiant Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native cloud platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale. Our infrastructure powers GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems designed for the most demanding environments. We are not building a generic cloud. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure, from powered land, to compute, to software. As we scale, we're building this organisation from the ground up. We're looking for people who'd rather build the playbook than inherit one, who are comfortable doing the work themselves as well as directing others, and who can adapt as fast as our strategy does. This is a startup model: attitude and adaptability matter more to us than years of experience or the size of the team you've previously managed. About the role We are hiring a People Operations Specialist to run the employee lifecycle at Radiant and to keep making it better as we grow. We're looking for someone who loves building automations, agents and workflows, and wants to point that instinct at People Ops. You'll own the data and systems behind our People Ops stack (HiBob, Ashby, Notion), and use that ownership as the foundation for turning slow, manual, multi-tool processes into things that mostly run themselves. This is a role for someone who'd rather ship a working automation this week and improve it next week than spend a month planning the perfect system - someone who gets a genuine kick out of making the unglamorous stuff disappear. You’ll bring expertise, energy, and commercial thinking to help us elevate our People processes. The challenge in this role is to put the systems and frameworks in place that let us scale that quality, consistency, and fairness as we grow – without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
