The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising, leading, coordinating, and planning the activities of employees on their assigned shift to safely achieve production targets within required schedules, quality standards, and cost expectations. The role is intentionally balanced between 50% Supervisory and Administrative Responsibilities and 50% Active Crew Member Responsibilities.
