Vertis Therapy is seeking a Program Director to lead and support our therapy program at a beautiful senior living community in Indianapolis, IN, serving both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. We are looking for a motivated PTA who enjoys building relationships, supporting a collaborative therapy team, and taking an active role in the growth and success of the program.
