Job Description - Temporary Administrator (Property) Overview We are working with a growing property business to help them find temporary support following a recent system transition. This has created a significant amount of data inputting and administration, and they currently need extra capacity to get this completed efficiently. Role Details Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm Duration: approximately 3-4 weeks, with the possibility of extension depending on how things progress Working Style This role suits someone who can take initiative and get on with tasks independently. The successful candidate will check in briefly with the client at the start and end of each day, and can reach out with questions as needed, but should be comfortable working with minimal day-to-day supervision rather than close oversight. Work Location & Equipment The client's preference is for the person to have their own laptop and work remotely. However, a laptop and a desk in the office can be provided if required. Requirements Some administrative experience, ideally within property or property management, though property experience is not essential. Able to work independently and use own initiative with minimal supervision. Reliable and able to get up to speed quickly given the short timeframe.
