Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties. The Role As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive exceptional service throughout the tenancy lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties Handling maintenance issues from instruction through to resolution Conducting property inspections and preparing reports Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors Managing tenancy renewals and negotiations Ensuring compliance with all current lettings legislation Overseeing contractor works and obtaining quotations Resolving tenancy-related issues and disputes Monitoring compliance documentation including EPCs, Gas Safety and EICRs Delivering exceptional customer service at all times Requirements Previous Property Management experience is essential ARLA qualified (or equivalent) is essential Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively Professional and customer-focused approach Full UK Driving Licence required What's on Offer? 40,000 Basic Salary Established portfolio of
