All on the Field (AOTF) runs paid canvassing and non-partisan voter engagement programs across multiple states. We are hiring Regional Field Managers to run turf-level operations inside those programs. Each Regional Field Managers owns a defined area within a state program, a team of 10-plus canvassers and their team leads, and a volunteer base recruited locally.
